中文摘要 | 学生学习动力不足是当前初中英语教学面临的普遍困境,提升学生学习动力的关键在于合理而有效的激励。总结提炼同行和自己的教学经验,在新的教学理念指导下将激励教学法运用于自己的初中英语日常教学,通过兴趣激励、言语激励、体态激励、竞争激励和评价激励,不仅提高了学生英语学习的能力和动机,而且关注了学生兴趣、自信心和毅力等非智力方面素质的培育。下一步的探索主要聚焦于以赞关鼓舞自信、将学生之间的差异转化为教育资源等方面。 |
英文摘要 | Lack of the incentive to study English among middle school students has become the biggest problem in the secondary English education. Proper and effective stimulation to motivate their learning desire is the key to it. Summing up the teaching experience from my colleagues and myself and inspired by the new teaching method. The author apply the motivation method to my middle school English teaching, which not only improves the English learning ability and motivation of the students, but also pays enough attention to their interest, boost confidence and develop persistence through the motivation of interest, verbalism, gesture, healthy competition and positive evaluation. The author plan to focus more on the praise and encouragement to improve students' confidence in the next step, turning the individual difference among students into teaching resources. |
