高等教育國際化之開展與省思

The Development of and Reflection on Internationalization of Education

本文旨在奠基於對現有國際化人才需求，重新檢視高等教育國際化的內涵與開展，繼之從翻轉的角度省思高等教育國際化的發展，討論未來高等教育國際化的拓展，以統整出國際化推展的取向與策略，並進而提出校園國際化的推展架構；再以筆者之一所工作的院校為主，說明筆者擔任國際長任內的國際化實踐案例，最終提出未來開展的建議。

This article aims to re-examine the content and development of internationalization of higher education against the needs of international human recourse from the global context and competition. Then follows the reflection on the development of internationalization of higher education and the proposing of a framework of internationalizing university. The authors also propose an example of internationalization of higher education based on their experiences. The last part is the recommendations for further internationalization.
