提升我國大學生就業力的策略

Strategies for Promoting Employability Skills of University Students in Taiwan

本文旨在探討提升我國大學生就業力的策略，提供政府及大學校院參考。文中首先探究大學生應有那些就業力，作者試圖搜集國內外相關研究資料加以分析；其次剖析當前青年就業及其失業原因；最後提出我國培養大學生就業力的具體策略；強調有賴政府的大力支持，更須要大學校院本身擔負重責大任，共同研訂各項有效策略，以提升大學生的就業力。

The aims of this paper focus on the strategies for promoting skills of university student. This paper includes three parts,first of all it introduces employability skills of international organization, OECD and EU ,Australia, Taiwan and United States; Secondly, it analysizes employability and the causes of unemployability of the youth; and finally, this paper pays emphasis on taking effective strategies to promoting employability skills for university student.
