英文摘要 | Workplace learning research originated in America in the 1970s. After development and accumulation for more than 40 years, its theories and the practices have been matured. By using knowledge map analysis method, we find that there are close interdisciplinary fields in the field of workplace learning in American, such as psychology and management. Callahan is an expert in the field of workplace learning in American. Research hotspots focus more on topics such as organization, management, and performance. The focus on leadership is slightly insufficient. The research has initially formed three main directions i organizational research, career development research, and informal learning research. There are some classical literature. Self-efficacy theory, social cognitive career theory and economic theories provide an important theoretical foundations for this field, and literature review methods and quantitative methods have become the main stream ones in the field. The attention of self-efficacy,economics and literature method will continue to be on the rise. |
