再论梁启超与北京师范大学

A Re-Discussion of Liang Qi-chao and Beijing Normal University

梁启超是北京师范大学（以下简称“北师大”）校史上绕不过去的人物之一，在北师大的建立和发展的三个关键性节点上做出了重大贡献。他不但为中国近代师范教育开辟了思想先路，而且在创立中国近代师范教育体系的早期代表者———京师大学堂师范馆上功不可没。更难能可贵的是，在高等师范教育面临发展转型的关头，梁氏出任首届董事长，有效地稳定了风雨飘摇的北师大，指明了发展方向。不唯如此，梁氏亲执教鞭，培育人才，提高了北师大的学术水平和社会声望。梁启超也因之成为中国师范教育史上至关重要的规划者和保护人。

Liang Qichao is one of the most important people who can?t be neglected in the history of Beijing Normal University . He made great contribution to three key points in the founding and development of BNU . He not only provided theoretical guidance for china?s modern pre-service teacher education， but also played a signiilcant role in establishing the Pre-Service Teacher Education Department of the Peking Imperial University， which is the representative of pre-service teacher education system in modern China . What’s more commendable，Liang was appointed as the first chair of the Board and thus contributed to the stabilization of BNU in the turbulent time and provided direction for the development of the University .What’more，Liang also taught and fostered talents and thus improved the academic and social reputation of BNU . Therefore，Liang is the most important designer and protector in China’s pre-service teacher education history .
