英文摘要 | The study investigated the implementation of research-based-learning curriculum policy in City,and found that the implementation process of China's educational policy is a process in which different stakeholders negotiate and make compromise based on their own interest, knowledge and resources, and finally make agreement on ‘Vhat should be done?'. To put tt simple,this is the process of establishing the negotiated order. This,on one hand,proves that many views and theories in English research has the stability and applicability to other cultures including China; on the other hand,tt expands and updates the theoretical analytical framework of the research on education policy implementation. To be more specific, unlike most policy implementation research,we should not focus only on the complexity of school hierarchy and exclude the interaction between school and other stakeholders in the scope of analysis. We must include in the scope of analysis the debate and negotiation between school and other stakeholders at different position of the hierarchy and those with di fferent power and knowledge. |
