Atter the victory of the Anti-Japanese War，scholars in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area were conformed to the development of the new situation and compiled the Primary School Chinese Textbooks. The set of textbooks were quite distinctive. They met the demand for primary school Chinese text- books in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area，which had a broad and far-reaching impact.
