目标定向、多样性经历对个体创新行为的影响———基于陕西省8所高校的实证研究

The Impact of Goal Orientation and College Diversity Experiences on Individual Innovative Behaviors: An Empirical Study Based on Eight Universities of Shaanxi Province

This study examines the impact of goal orientation and diversity experiences on individual innovative behaviors， based on the survey data of 1060 college students in 8 different universities in Xi'an， Shaanxi Province. The results show that the learning goal orientation has a significant positive impact on the diversity experiences and innovative behaviors of college students， while the performance goal orientation has no significant effect. The diversity academic experiences and the diversity social experiences all positively affect their innovative behaviors， with diversity experiences playing a mediating role between the learning goal orientation and individual innovative behaviors. The implementation of the pilot program of top-notch student cultivation in basic disciplines further optimizes the diversity academic experiences of college students and effectively promotes individual innovative behaviors.
