英文摘要 | Traditional definitions of teaching are not comprehensive,which leads to the confusion about teacher?s role in educational practices. From the perspective of behaviorism,teaching is the process of teacher?s leading of students' learning activities,which is called “Teaching is leading” for short. As a leader,teacher should build a clear learning vision and stimulate students' enthusiasm and learning moti- vation. As followers,students should respect and obey teacher’s leadership and actualize their self —leadership during the process of following earning vision at the same time. As leadership situation,learning activities should provide well — timed encouragement and integrated vision for students through being planned adequately and organized scientitically. The statement of “Teaching is leading” reveals the essence of teaching as social behaviors of human beings; tt could help us to clarify the theoretical understanding of teaching,understand teacher — student relationship in depth,promote the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and offer new ideas for teachers’ professional development. |
