T he key for teachers to pursue a way of professionalism development is to reflect on their own teaching practices philosophically， rather t han to r epeat exper iences or to master the t echnical skills. T his kind of 'educational philosophy' means that t eachers can reflect the premise and bas is of t hought of themselves and others， which enables them to have a principle supporting their p rofessional pr actices. So t heir teaching practices can be conscious， awake and clear. T he way for t eachers to develop their own educational philosophy is to hold the theory of tea ching.
