英文摘要 | Vitality is an important index of good school. School vitality is generated from school managers ,teachers,students and parents. It embodies the trends of innovation, reform and development in school management,curriculum, classroom instruction and moral education etc. The research on Beijing National Day School and Beijing Shijia Education Group shows that a vigorous school s diversified,autonomous and creative. Three strategies to improve school vitality could be deregulation (i. e.,redistribution of the political and school power),governance (i. e., school innovation in internal governance structure) and cultural identity (the foundation to maintain school vitality in a sustainable manner). |
