构建“D-S-T”CD网络模型促进区域教师教学能力协同发展研究

The Study of Cooperation Development of Teachers’ Teaching Ability in Region through Building “D-S-T” CD Network Model

The study about the development of teacher’s teaching ability is a long-term systematic project. Using network technology to promote the synergetic development of regional teacher’s teaching ability has become the urgent needs of the education informatization development. Through a lot of literature review， this study combs and analyzes the current researches situation of the synergetic development of regional teacher’s teaching ability， explores the results and insufficiency of existing researches， and clarifies the structural elements which influence the synergetic development of teacher’s teaching ability. In this study， we also construct the synergetic development strategy model of regional teacher’s teaching ability under the network environment from theory and practice aspects， which establishes the theoretical foundation for researching the training mode and implementation method of synergetic development on the regional teacher’s teaching ability.
