英文摘要 | Taking the senior high school head teachers as sample, this research studies the influence of demographic variables, professional variables and job satisfaction variables on the turnover intention of the head teacher in the form of questionnaire survey. The study found that, in the demographic variables the marital status has a significant effect on the head teacher's turnover intention; in the professional variable, the regional of school and the professional titles have a significant effect on the turnover intention of the head teacher; in job satisfaction variables, the overall job satisfaction, internal job satisfaction and external job satisfaction have significant negative influence on the turnover intention of the head teacher, and the internal job satisfaction has much greater influence on the turnover intention of the head teachers. The interaction of internal job satisfaction and external job satisfaction on the head teacher5s turnover intention has not been verified. |
