Developing Innovative Engineering Talents

工程性创新性人才的培养是我国建设创新型国家、推动经济转型发展的关键，也是国际工程教育的未来方向。本文针对中国高校工程教育在人才培养方面存在的问题，提出进一步更新工程教育理念、建构完善的工科课程体系、提高工科教师的工程素养、加强工科学生工程和创新能力培养等政策建议。关键词：工程教育；工程科技人才；工程性；创新性

Developing innovative engineering talents is key to building an innovation一oriented country and promoting the transformation of economic development ； it is also the direction of future international engineering education. Targeting problems with talent cultivation in Chinese higher engineering education，this paper proposes further updating engineering education concepts， constructing a sound engineering course system， cultivating the technology and engineering literacy of engineering instructors ，and promoting the development of engineering and innovation capacity of engineering students.
