大学课程与人才培养基于大学教学理性的思考

University Curricula and Talent Cultivation ： Based on Reflections of University Pedagogical Rationality

本文以教学理性为视角，基于中外大学课程体系设计的教学理念及实践经验，提出并讨论了 “大学课程与人才培养有什么关系”“我们的大学课程存在什么问题”“大学课程改革路在何方”等三个与当前大学人才培养及课程改革紧密关联的重要问题。

Based on various ideas and experiences about university curriculum design both at home and abroad，this paper discussed and answered three questions closely connected to the current university reform and development，from the perspective of pedagogical rationality. The questions are ： What is the relationship between university curricula and talent cultivation ？ What problems exist with current university curricula ？ How should we reform university curricula？
