中国大学中的科研“课题组”探析

Research Groups at Universities in China

课题组”在中国大学的科研中扮演着重要角色，也是当今中国大学特有的一种基层组织形式。本文以实证调研为基础，通过分析“课题组”的形成演变、基本形态、功能内涵、决策机制和组织特征等，揭示了这一特殊科研组织形式的样貌。文章也对课题组的未来发展进行了讨论并提出了若干政策建议。

As a grassroots form of research organization，the research group plays an important role in scientific research conducted in Chinese universities. Based on empirical evidence， this study analyzed the formation and evolution， basic form， function， decision-making mechanism， and organizational characteristics of the research group. The study also discussed its future development and proposed pol- icy recommendations accordingly.
