中文摘要 | 近两年来,澳大利亚和我国相继颁布了全国性的教师专业标准,努力推进两国教师走向专业化。由于两国所处的文化背景迥异,《标准》形成背后的思路也差别甚远,我国的标准形成于理论思路,澳洲的标准则形成于实践思路,两种思路的差异对两国《标准》内容的设置也产生了影响,主要表现在对专业道德的重视与淡化和对专业发展的理念化与实践化。对中澳两国《标准》制定思路和内容差异进行比较,对于使我们更清晰地认识我国的教师专业标准,了解如何从不同的文化中汲取经验具有重要价值。 |
英文摘要 | In the past two years,in order to professionalize their teachers,Australia and China has promulgated their own national teachers ’ professional standards in succession. Because of the different culture backgrounds of the two countries,the thinking on the formation of “ standards ” differs dramatically. The formation of China ’ s “ standards ” based on theoretical thinking while Australia based on practical thinking. Different thinking also impacts the formation of “standards” content which mainly concentrates on the attention or the neglect on professional ethics and the theorization or practicality on professional development. The comparison on the thinking and content of the two “standards”,can makes us know our “standards” more clearly and know how to learn successful experience from different cultures. |
