Research Approaches to and New Developments in Creativity Measurement

创造力测量在创造力研究和实践应用中处于中心环节。创造力测量自1950年开始经历了简短的发展历史。总体来看，创造力测量可以分为两大研究取向：个体水平的创造力测量和总体水平的创造力测量。未来研究应进一步取得创造力的定义和结构的共识，完善创造力的基础研究，优化测评方法，并根据测评目标合理选用创造力测评工具。

Creativity measurement plays the central role in creativity research and practices.Since 1950,creativity measurement has experienced a brief period of development.Creativity is generally measured at either of the two broadly divided levels:individual level or aggregate level.Future research should work on reaching consensus on the definition and construct of creativity,improving creativity research and measurement methods,and selecting appropriate measurement instruments.
