優勢中心取向生涯諮商歷程與改變經驗之敘事研究

The Therapeutic Effectiveness and the Change Process of aStrength-Centered Career Counseling Model

本研究旨在探究優勢中心取向生涯諮商歷程與改變經驗。研究參與者為四位已婚、每周上班時數超過30小時之雙生涯成人，其中男性兩位，女性兩位，年齡介於34到41歲之間。參與者為透過招募自動報名，每人接受三次以建構意義目標為導向之優勢生涯個別諮商，結束後一個月再接受一至二次、共計70-90分鐘之半結構深度訪談。三次諮商和諮商後訪談錄音檔均謄為逐字稿，並以質性研究中的敘事方法進行分析，研究結果分別呈現出四位參與者之故事主題、諮商歷程、改變經驗以及諮商後的影響。最後根據結果提出討論與建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the therapeutic effectiveness and the change process of a strength-centered career counseling (SCC) model. The participants (N = 4) were married dual career adults who were main home-care providers workinged more than 40 hours per week. The participants were two women and two men between the age of 34 to 41. They enrolled in the study after seeingrecruitment posters. Each participant received three individual SCC treatments. One month after the treatments, they had one or two individual semi-structured depth interviews that took 70 to 90 minutes. The transcripts of three counseling sessions and the interviews were analyzed via the narrative method. The results included participants’ story, counseling process, change experience, and impact after counseling. Results and recommendations for future study were also discussed.
