人文社会科学的知识转化机制探析——兼论优质大学智库的培育

Exploring the Mechanisms of Knowledge Transfer in Humanities and Social Sciences ——Also on the Development of High-Quality University-Affiliated Think Tanks

本文首先分析了我国高校人文社会科学知识转化的现状，结合国际研究文献，进一步探讨了人文社会科学知识转化的各种机制。接着本文以知识转化机制之一———大学智库———为例，概括了国内、国际大学智库的基本经验和特征。最后，本文就如何培育我国的优质大学智库，从智库培育基金、政策分析市场、多元经费投入和成果输出、智库评价等角度提出了建议。

This paper describes the status quo of knowledge transfer activities in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences in China's higher education institutions. A variety of mechanisms and forms of knowledge transfer are illustrated by drawing on international survey results. Taking think tank as a form of knowledge transfer, the paper further discusses the characteristics of university-affiliated think tanks and their development in China and abroad. Suggestions are raised for fostering quality think tanks in China's academic institutions.
