Problems and Countermeasures of China's International Trade in Higher Education Services since Its Entry into WTO

加入世贸组织以来，我国高等教育服务市场在被动与主动中探索着如何扩大开放。扩大高等教育对外开放与我国建设高等教育强国的目标是相契合的。文章对我国高等教育扩大开放过程中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的策略与措施。

After joining the WTO, China's higher education market has been exploring how to be more opening-up passively and actively. It is compatible with the purpose of constructing a powerful nation in higher education to deepen China's higher education opening -up. This essay analyzes the problems occurred in the process of Chin's higher education opening up and puts forward several policy recommendations accordingly.
