台南市國小學童父親對父職角色覺知及參與之研究

The Study of Relationships Among Fatherhood Role Cognition and Involvement of Primary School Student’s Father

本研究主要目的在瞭解台南市國小學童不同背景之父親對其父職角色覺知及參與差異情形，並提出對父職角色實踐之具體建議。本研究方法以問卷調查進行研究，研究工具為「父職角色覺知量表」、「父職角色參與量表」二部分。調查樣本為台南市國小學童之父親共670 份。本研究獲得以下之結論：1、在父職角色覺知方面，以「身教示範」為最高，次為「關懷支持」、「日常照顧」、「陪伴輔導」；至於「經濟支援」的覺知度為最低。2、在父職參與現況方面，對孩子精神上「參與關懷支持」較高，依序為「參與日常照顧」、「參與經濟支援」、「參與身教示範」；至於「參與陪伴輔導」下的功夫較少。顯示父親在實務參與上仍有加強的空間。3、在「關懷支持」方面：子女數較少、父親學歷研究所以上、親子相處時間每週22 小時以上者之三個背景變項對子女「關懷支持」方面達到顯著差異。4、在「日常照顧」方面：親子相處時間愈長對孩子的日常照顧得分越多，尤以親子相處時間每週22 小時以上者，對子女「日常照顧」方面有顯著性差異。5、在「經濟支援」方面：家中子女數 1、2 人及父親學歷研究所以上者，所得的分數較高，且有顯著差異存在。6、「陪伴輔導」方面：父親學歷越高、親子相處時間愈長對孩子的「陪伴輔導」得分越多，尤以父親學歷大學以上、親子相處時間每週 22 小時以上者，對子女「陪伴輔導」方面有顯著性差異性存在。

The purpose of the study was to understand the parental perceptions of parental role and participation of fathers of different backgrounds of elementary students in Tainan city. The measurements are “Fatherhood Awareness“、“Fatherhood concerned“. The total sample were 670. Research finding are as follow:1.For parental perception of role， the highest to the lowest score are “emulated model“、“concern and support“、“daily care” and “companion counseling” respectively.2.For parental ， the highest to the lowest score are “concerned concern and support “，“concerned daily care“， “concerned economical support “， “concerned emulatedmodel“.3.For “concern and support”， the variables which affects the “concern and support “ of the children are the number of the children， paternal education， the hours for parent-child interaction.4.For “daily care“ ， the hours of parent-child interaction had posited affects on “daily care“.5.The numbers of children and parental education affects “economical support “ potently.6.Paternal education and the hours for parent-child interaction affects “companion counseling“ of the children.The discussion and suggestion are provided.
