Key Problem Analysis on Effective Learning in Virtual Communities

虚拟社区作为一类重要的泛在学习环境，以其平台的开放性、资源的丰富性、知识的共享性已成为当前重要的一种非正式学习环境。虚拟社区中学习的有效性是实现个体知识建构与群体智能共享的关键。文章分析了基于虚拟社区学习的研究现状，分别从理论框架、研究主题、研究方法与有效学习评估等方面就虚拟社区有效学习研究的关键问题进行了梳理与辨析。

A virtual community， as a kind of ubiquitous learning environment， has been an important informal learning environment due to its open platform， abundant resources， sharing knowledge. Effective learning in a virtual community is a key to achieve personal knowledge building and groups intelligence sharing. This paper reviews the existing researches on virtual communities learning， states and analyzes the key problems about effective learning of virtual community respectively from the theoretical framework， research topic， research method and evaluation norm.
