中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大學生的生活品質現況、了解心盛整體與各層面與生活品質之相關,並探討大學生心盛各層面對於其生活品質的預測力。研究方法:本研究採用調查法,以國內 231 名大學生做為研究對象,研究工具包括包括「心盛量表」和「生活品質量表」。資料經回收整理後,以 SPSS 統計軟體進行描述統計、Pearson 積差相關、多元逐步回歸之統計方法加以分析。研究結果:(1)生活品質屬於中等程度。(2)正向情緒與生活品質具高度正相關;正向關係與生活品質,生命意義與生活品質,自我實現與生活品質之間具中度正相關;全然投入與生活品質則具低度正相關;心盛整體層面與生活品質具高度正相關。(3)心盛中的「正向情緒」、「生命意義」、「正向關係」、「全心投入」四個層面能有效預測大學生的生活品質,解釋力達 51%,其正向情緒對其生活品質的預測率最高。研究結論:本研究結果發現培養正向情緒、促進生命意義、發展正向關係、鼓勵全心投入等四個心盛層面能有效影響大學生的生活品質。本研究並根據研究結果,提出輔導實作設計、以及未來心盛研究上等建議,供相關工作者參考。

英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate the current quality of life among college students, examine the correlation between quality of life and both overall and specific aspects of flourishing, and explore how well flourishing dimensions predict students’ quality of life. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 231 college students in the country, using the Flourishing Scale and Quality of Life Scale. Collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Findings: (1) Quality of life was at a moderate level. (2) There was a strong positive correlation between positive emotions and quality of life; moderate positive correlations were found with positive relationships, life meaning, and self-fulfillment, while full engagement showed a low positive correlation. There was a strong positive correlation between overall flourishing and quality of life. (3) Four dimensions of flourishing—positive emotions, life meaning, positive relationships, and full engagement—effectively predicted quality of life in college students, explaining 51% of the variance, with positive emotions being the strongest predictor. Conclusion: Fostering positive emotions, enhancing life meaning, developing positive relationships, and encouraging full engagement effectively influence college students’ quality of life. Based on these findings, recommendations for counseling practices and suggestions for future research on flourishing are provided for relevant practitioners.
