中文摘要 | 國中教務主任在校訂課程的發展上扮演引領者的角色。本文透過問卷調查與焦點團體訪談法,試圖了解與分析教務主任於發展校訂課程過程中所面臨的問題及其所設想的解決方案。本文研究參與者來自於南部地區學校,共有八位教務主任填寫問卷,四位教務主任參與焦點團體訪談。據研究結論,提出如下建議供參:一、領域召集人宜有培訓與獎勵制度;二、相關會議與活動宜有效統整,以減少學校負擔;三、簡化協同教學之申辦程序並增加經費支持,以鼓勵教師採行協同教學;四、學校可邀請外部專家長期陪伴發展校訂課程。 |
英文摘要 | The director of academic affairs of junior high school plays a leading role in the development of school-developed curriculum. This article employs questionnaires and focus group interviews to understand the problems faced by directors in the process of developing the curriculum, as well as the solutions they envision. Eight directors from the southern region filled out the questionnaire, and four directors participated in focus group interviews. The conclusions are as follows: 1. A training and reward system for subject teacher leaders should be established. 2. Relevant meetings and activities should be organized to reduce administrative burden of schools. 3. To simplify administrative procedures and increase financial support to encourage teachers to adopt team teaching. 4. The collaboration with external experts are helpful for school curriculum development. |
