陶行知教育思想對師培大學實踐社會責任的啟示

An Inspiration From Tao Xingzhi’s Educational Ideas on Teacher Training niversity’s Practice of Social Responsibility

本研究的宗旨在探討陶行知的教育思想及其對與現今大學推動社會責任的啟示，並以陶行知的教育思想演繹出下列幾點啟示：一、培育師資生服務社會的情操與責任感；二、傳承與保存文化遺產；三、課程設計融入在地元素；四、課程實施重視實作；五、培養具良好品格的營利人才；六、協助地方改善自然與人文環境；七、建立社區溝通交流平台；八、承擔促進地方創生的責任。最後，結語建議大學應以「捧著一顆心來，不帶半根草去」的信念推動社會責任的實踐。

This paper aims to discuss Tao Xingzhi’s educational ideas and their inspiration on the promotion of social responsibility for current universities. Based on Tao Xingzhi’s educational ideas, this study concludes the following inspirations: (1) Cultivation of the sentiment and sense of responsibility of teachers and students to serve the society. (2) Inheritance and preservation of cultural heritage. (3) Incorporation of local elements in curriculum design. (4) Curriculum implementation that emphasizes practice. (5) Cultivation of for-profit talents with good character. (6) Assistance in localities to improve the natural and human environment. (7) Establishment of community communication platforms. (8) Implementation of responsibility for promoting local creation. As a conclusion, this study suggests that universities should promote the practice of social responsibility with the belief of “wholehearted devotion without taking anything back.”
