教育發展中想要超越現有的學校，尋求建立教育的社群和教育的社會，需要透過協作來改變學校和教育系統的取徑。如何透過大學與中小學夥伴協作來推動課程與教學改革及促進教師專業發展，則是當前教育改革的重要趨勢。本文旨在從國際化與本土化的層面，論述學校協作模式的理論、研究與實踐，內容包括學校教育實施協作的典範運用與實踐、學校協作模式的典範與運用、學校協作模式的國際化與本土化，以及學校教育協作模式實施之啟示與反思。透過上述的分析說明，冀盼建立學校協作模式實踐的新典範。

In educational development, if we want to go beyond the existing schools and seek to build an educational community and an educational society, we need to change the approach of schools and educational systems through collaboration. How to promote curriculum and teaching reform and promote teacher professional development through cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools is an important trend in current education reform. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the theory, research and practice of school cooperation model from the perspective of internationalization and localization, including the model application and practice of school education implementation cooperation, the model and application of school cooperation model, the internationalization and application of school cooperation model. The inspiration and reflection of localization and the implementation of school education cooperation model, through the above analysis, it is hoped to establish a new model of school cooperation model practice.
