中文摘要 | 近年來,伴隨著科技轉型,各行各業對於人才的需求亦隨之改變,而大學正是第一線面對人才與產業接軌挑戰的場域。為因應人才培育需求,教育部近10年來陸續推出各項教學精進政策與大型教學計畫,例如教學卓越計畫、高教深耕計畫等,而其中教學實踐研究計畫的推動是目前少數不分領域科系,針對所有個別型教師進行補助的創新政策。本文主要從盤整國內教學精進政策的改變、國際趨勢的接軌、教學實務現場關注的問題類型及教師對於學生學習成效的觀察等,來了解教學實踐研究計畫對於大學現況的鬆動及影響,以及對於未來高等教育可能的契機。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, with technology advancement, the requirements for a good professional in all fields have encountered a big paradigm shift. Colleges are the first to meet the challenge especially in professional development needs from the fields. Ministry of Education (MOE) initiated many different programs including college teaching support programs or big projects such as Program for Promoting Teaching Excellence Universities, Higher Education Sprout Projects and etc. Among them, Teaching Practice Programs (TPR) is the only innovated policy directly subsidizing individual teachers from all fields to practice Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) research in the college classroom. This paper intends to discuss from aspects of the change of teaching improvement policy in university level, the connection with international trend, and diverse types of teaching practice issues as well as teaching pedagogy to uncover the influence brought by TPR programs. Lastly, this paper will present teachers’ perspective towards student learning through TPR programs. |
