尋找學習的新樂園：從義品愛數課輔計畫談起

Another Learning Paradise: A New Solution of Remedial Teaching Program

為提升弱勢學生之學習成效，教育部自2006年起開始辦理「攜手計畫－課後扶助」方案，積極運用現職教師、退休教師與大專學生等教學人力，提供經濟弱勢且學習低成就之國中小學生免費課輔教學。值得注意的是，除了公部門大量的資源挹注外，許多民間團體與基金會也紛紛進行相關的偏鄉課輔計畫。然而，在課輔教師有效班級經營、學童學習動機與合適教學資源規劃等課輔執行策略上，卻仍有許多的問題尚待解決。為因應上述長久以來在補救教學和課輔課程執行上的問題，研究團隊自2019年起與社團法人臺中市義愛文化培育協會合作，執行義品愛數課輔計畫，在課輔教學模式規劃上找到更適切的教學模式來協助數學學習，即透過「數學健檢模式」（問題診斷—專家指導—教學支持—定期檢視），使用落點測驗找到學生錯誤的地方（即學習的起點），再引入專家、教學資源和再檢視的方式，持續進行輔導與教學。另一方面，也透過品德教育課程的引入，以非認知測驗檢視學生心理素質的改善與行為的改變，找到學童的學習力及其適性能力的探索。最後，期許透過義品愛數課輔計畫自2019年開始執行至今之成果與執行困難點，以重新了解弱勢學生的需求、審視課輔教師執行的困難點與補救教學計畫執行的新契機，找出更切合弱勢學生的教學模式，讓弱勢學生在課輔課程中找到學習新樂園！

In order to improve the learning outcome of disadvantaged students in Taiwan, Ministry of Education started to initiate the remedial teaching program in 2006 along with the help from current teachers, retired teachers, and college students. Furthermore, more and more NPO/NGO also commit lots of resources to afterschool program especially in the remote areas. However, most of the remedial teaching programs faced similar struggles on classroom management, students’ learning motivation, and “proper” learning resources. To answer the questions above, the principal investigators cooperated with the Righteousness Love Culture Cultivate Association (RLCCA) to conduct a research of remedial teaching on Math and Moral Education in Chiayi and Taitung since the year of 2019. Regarding to Math, the researchers develop the “Math Health Check Model” to diagnosis, teach, and support the learning weakness of the disadvantaged students. At the same time, the program introduce a series of curriculum on Moral Education to provide a dialogue among the mentors and students. After analyzing the results of the remedial teaching program since the year of 2019, the researchers hope to rethink the demand of the disadvantaged students, review the struggles along the program, and figure out the best practice of remedial teaching program.
