中文摘要 | 本研究從校長領導者的角度,聚焦小型學校教師學校行政大逃亡之原因及可能之因應建議。透過線上問卷調查,研究者取得臺灣六班以下小型國民小學校長填寫共259份有效問卷。結果顯示教師行政大逃亡之首要原因為意願低落、行政繁重以及福利配套不足,且因為教師數量較少或位居偏遠而使得情況更加嚴峻。為減緩小校教師學校行政大逃亡之現象,可思考透過落實行政業務減量、增益校長職務調配權力、領航支持職涯專精、誘因穩住福利獎賞、增額續留人力協作等面向,來提升教師兼任行政之意願。 |
英文摘要 | This study looks into the issue of low teacher willingness for administrative duties in elementary schools from the perspective of principle leadership. Through online survey, 259 valid result were collected from principles of small elementary schools which have less than 6 classes in Taiwan. Result shows that the key factors for teachers’ low willingness for administrative duties were the overload of administrative works and insufficient incentives which were further worsened by the limited number of teachers and remote location of these small schools. In against these challenges, strategies can be considered to increase teachers’ willingness, such as reducing the administration demands, empowering the principles’ human resources management in schools, developing teachers’ knowledge and skills for administration works, improving the incentives for teachers’ with administration duties, and increasing the quota in teachers’ posts for small schools. |
