英文摘要 | Based on a questionnaire survey, the study found that factors such as gender, years of teaching, school types, coping styles and social support significantly influenced the level of special education teachers’ vocational identity. So it suggests that teacher education should be based on the features of special education teachers’ career development in different periods, guide the teachers in adopting positive coping styles, promote their vocational identity, enhance the social supports and guarantee for these teachers, and promote their professional development. |
