中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大學生參與服務學習課程之動機、阻礙因素及滿意度三者之關係,採「問卷調查法」,受試者為六所私立大學校院1028位參與服務學習課程學生。研究結果顯示:服務學習動機與服務學習滿意度各層面之間有顯著的正向關係,而服務學習動機與阻礙因素、服務學習阻礙因素與滿意度各層面之間則有顯著的負向關係;服務學習動機及阻礙因素對服務學習滿意度都有顯著的影響。另外,服務學習阻礙因素在動機與滿意度之間扮演了一個中介變項的角色。最後,本文根據研究結果提出若干建議與研究限制。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among motivation, barrier factor, and satisfaction of college students toward participating service-learning courses. Questionnaires were used for data collection in the survey. Participants included 1,028 students from six private colleges and universities in Taiwan. Results indicate that there is a significantly positive relationship between motivation and satisfaction, while the relationship between barrier factor and satisfaction, and motivation and barrier factor toward servicelearning courses is significantly negative. Motivation and barrier factor have a significant influence on satisfaction towards service-learning. In addition, the barrier factor plays a mediating role in the relationship between motivation and satisfaction toward service-learning. According to the findings, some suggestions for future research for service-learning are recommended. |
