英文摘要 | The logic starting point serves as the prerequisite and foundation to build theoretical system of a discipline and produces far-reaching significance for its the in-depth development. The right to education, as the logic starting point of the theoretical system of the Science of Educational Law, is based on and abstracted from the meta-study of logic starting point theory. It demonstrated the suitability and rationality of its role by corroborating the internal regulations of the logic starting point in detail. |
