中文摘要 | 教育资源的分配是教育公平问题的核心内容,教育资源的分配与中国特有的“关系”及资源支配者的心理历程有较大的关联。中国特有的“关系”是基于“生活世界”的交往和儒家伦理形成的特殊交往规则,决定了教育资源分配时的本土特征,引起教育资源分配的反公平的现象。中国特有“关系”下教育公平的实现应关注教育资源支配者的“风险回避”心理,将以“关系”为主导的教育资源分配模式以“制裁”的方式予以应对。 |
英文摘要 | The distribution of educational resource is the core issue of educational equity. The distribution of educational resource in China is closely related with “Guan xi”, a particular Chinese cultural element, and the mentality course of resource allocators. “Guan xi” as a communication principle rooted in the communication of “life world” and Confucianism determines the indigenous characteristics of the distribution of educational resource and results in the phenomena of anti-equity. Therefore, to realize education equity under the context of Chinese “Guan xi”, attention should be paid to the mentality of “risk averse” of resource allocators and the distribution model of educational resource with priority of “Guan xi” should be coped with “punishment”. |
