英文摘要 | “For or against” is the basic “parameter” of the social foundation of education reform. The percentage of “for” determines the “scope” of the social foundation; the degree of “for” affects the “strength” of the social foundation; “why is for” relates to the “purity” of the social foundation; and “who is for” refers to the “key group” in the social foundation. Only when we fully understand all these factors, can we firmly grasp the specific conditions of “for or against” in education reform and make accurate judgments on the maturity of social foundation, so that we can provide relatively reliable basis of public opinion for the decision-making with regard to education reform. |
