新南向專班越南學生在台文化涵化與生活適應之關係

Relationships between the Acculturation and Living Adaptation of the Vietnamese Students in New South-bound International Program of Industry-Academia Collaboration Class in Taiwan

本研究旨在探討新南向專班越南學生在台文化涵化與生活適應之現況及關係，採用問卷調查法，以全台灣326位新南向專班越南學生為研究對象。調查所得資料以描述統計分析、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析等方法進行分析，研究結果如下：一、新南向專班越南學生文化涵化及生活適應皆屬中上程度；二、新南向專班女性越南學生的文化涵化及生活適應皆優於男性學生；三、新南向專班中愈年輕的越南學生，其文化涵化及生活適應皆優於較年長的學生；四、新南向專班越南學生在台文化涵化對生活適應具預測力，其中「群體互動」、「生活型態」及「文化實踐」對生活適應具有顯著的正向影響。換言之，新南向專班越南學生若在「群體互動」、「生活型態」與「文化實踐」能有較高的涵化表現，則對於生活適應的情形將有正面的提升效果。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the acculturation and living adaptation of the Vietnamese students in New Southbound International Program of Industry-Academia Collaboration class in Taiwan. The research adopted a questionnaire survey method and selected 326 Vietnamese students in New South-bound International Program of Industry- Academia Collaboration class in Taiwan as research samples. The data obtained from the survey were been analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1.The acculturation and living adaptation of Vietnamese students in New South-bound International Program of Industry-Academia Collaboration class in Taiwan are medium to high; 2.The acculturation and living adaptation of female Vietnamese students in New South-bound International Program of Industry-Academia Collaboration class in Taiwan were better than males; 3.The acculturation and living adaptation of younger Vietnamese students in New South-bound International Program of Industry-Academia Collaboration class in Taiwan were better than older ones; 4.The acculturation of Vietnamese students in New South-bound International Program of Industry-Academia Collaboration class in Taiwan has significantly influenced on living adaptation. Moreover, “group interaction”, “lifestyle”, and “cultural practice” have significantly positive effects on living adaptation.
