在不同的学业情境中，青少年会形成对自己在不同学科学业发展方面的比较稳定的认知、体验与评价。教育心理学家对学业自我的结构及学业自我与学业成就的关系进行了广泛研究。本文在阐述学业自我的内涵与结构的基础上，着重从个体与环境因素探讨了青少年学业自我的发展特点，并对学业自我的研究进行了展望。

In different situations, students will be subject to disciplinary development in different aspects of relatively stable cognition, experience and evaluation. Education psychologists made extensive research on the structure of the discipline academic-self and explored relations between the discipline academic-self and academic achievements. This paper, based on the studies of the connotation and structure of discipline academic-self, especially discusses the development of discipline academic-self from the individual and environmental factors. It prospects the study on discipline academic-self.
