英文摘要 | Since the beginning of the New Century, the George Walker Bush Administration and the Barack Hussein Obama Administration in the United States have adopted the effective integration of conditional funding and implementation of the federal policies as the key tactic to improve the low-performance schools. In spite of the differences in the policies background and concrete measures, both Administrations take equality and efficiency as the target value and have gone through a process of continual modification and improvement. |
