中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於瞭解不同失落事件之因應關係,係以情侶分手及親友死亡為前導研究之情境。調查全臺261位大學生死亡因應和分手因應,結果發現:一、謀策後動及正向詮釋可提升因應死亡能力,採取逃避否認愈無法獲得生命意義感;二、經歷親友死亡的大學生不易採取逃避否認,也較能獲得生命意義感,分手經驗愈多易採取逃避否認,則愈無法獲得生命意義感;三、典型相關則抽取出二個典型因素;並討論失落事件的差異與正向思考在其中所扮演的角色。 |
英文摘要 | This pilot study aimed to examine the relations of different coping methods of undergraduate students facing loss events, with the ending of romantic relationships and friends or family members' death as contextual background. Two hundred sixty one undergraduate students in Taiwan responded to a questionnaire survey. Results indicated that: (1) "plan and then act" and "positive explanations" enhanced death coping capability, "avoid and deny" had a negative correlation with "meaning of life"; (2) students who encountered death event would not use "avoid and deny" coping, related positively to meaning of life; breakup experiences related negatively to "avoid and deny" and "meaning of life"; (3) Canonical correlation found two canonical factors. Discussion focused on the difference between various loss events, and the role of positive thinking within. |
