英文摘要 | Education ceremony is conducted in schools of various space-time specific, highly program, and symbolic meaning distinct educational activities. It has to strengthen the relationship between morality and teachers of social cohesion as well as groups of teachers in a variety of functions. Education ceremony consists of the surface structure and deep structure, whose creation involves two aspects of form and substance. Reconstruction of education ceremony helps to promote professional development of teachers, which includes the transformation of the old ceremonies, presentation of changes, highlight on the changes, symbolic rewriting and other strategies. |
