英文摘要 | As a systematic way of improving the professional leadership for principals, principal training enjoys much emphasize in New Zealand. Right now, NZ government has provided four professional training programs for aspiring principals, first-time principals, experienced principals and principals who comes school has a lot of Māori learners. This paper comprehensively introduces these programmes and includes successful experiences from them, finally points out the significance for our country's principal training improvement. |
