对当前教育改革的反思

Reflection on Education Reform

随着社会的转型，当前的教育改革也在如火如荼地展开。但是在改革之中，对影响教育改革的因素，我们需要不断地加以认识和探讨。本文从社会需要决定教育改革的内容和方向，教育的本质特性制约着教育改革的举措，教育内容的性质决定了教育方法以及教育改革的成效等三个方面阐述了教育改革中必须考虑的现实问题。

The education reform is in full swing with the social transformation. Yet, the elements affecting the reform need to be explored. This paper focuses on the following aspects to elaborate the reality of reform: social needs decide the content and direction of reform; the essence of education limits the steps taken; the nature of the education content decides the education methods and effectiveness of reform.
