中文摘要 | 近年來,醫療院所不斷引進資訊系統改善各項作業流程,其中醫學影像是目前醫院資訊系統中資料量最龐大,也是臨床醫療最迫切需求的診斷工具。目前大多數區域級以上醫療院所皆已導入醫學影像儲存與傳送系統,且醫療影像中CT、MRI 費用較高,若能避免重複檢查可減少可觀的醫療資源,故衛生署將其列為電子病歷交換平臺的首項實施項目。然而從相關文獻與學術期刊的探討與分析可發現,大多相關電子病歷領域之研究多著重於技術面與效益面去考量,對於醫護人員使用層面並沒有深入探討。因此,本研究以科技接受模式為基礎,整合網路自我效能理論,探討哪些因素將影響醫療院所人員使用電子病歷系統之意圖。經由實證後發現:
一、網路自我效能對醫學影像系統的認知易用性和認知有用性有顯著影響。
二、醫學影像系統的認知易用性對認知有用有顯著影響。
三、醫學影像系統的認知有用性對使用意願有顯著影響。 |
英文摘要 | Medical images are essential diagnostic tools that require significant resources for digital storage. Currently, most regional hospitals have set up medical image storage systems, and the Department of Health in Taiwan has asked such institutions to put certain kinds of images, such as those obtained from CT and MRI, into the exchange platform for electronic medical records. This is because obtaining such images is very expensive, so exchanging them can save a considerable amount of resources. However, while this issue has received attention in the literature, most the related works are concerned with technical matters or the associated benefits, how such systems are actually used has received much less attention. Therefore, we combined TAM and Internet self-efficacy to explore what factors affect the intention of medical personnel to use medical image report systems. The results are as follows:
(1)Internet self-efficacy has a significant effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.
(2)Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on perceived usefulness.
(3)Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on intention to use. |
