中文摘要 | 中国高等教育界和社会各界都特别关注拔尖创新人才的培养,中国政府和顶尖大学也为此做了很多努力和探索。然而,当前中国大学在拔尖创新人才培养的认识、策略和实践上都存在着很大的问题。本研究提出,培养拔尖创新人才应遵循人才成长的规律,发现有志于学术职业的优秀人才,创造有利于人才成长的环境和制度,赋予学生和教师应有的学术自由和权力,并真正实行研究性教学。 |
英文摘要 | Cultivating innovative elites is now a heated topic in China, especially in the field of higher education. Both the government and top universities are exploring ways to achieve it. However, neither the knowledge nor the strategies of practice undertaken now are flawless. In order to effectively cultivate innovative elites for the new century, the authors argue that it is imperative for us to discover talents with innovative potential among students, to create a favorable environment for them, to empower teachers and students with sufficient academic autonomy and to adopt research-oriented teaching style in college. |
