乌克兰现代化进程中的中小学教师继续教育

The Continuing Education for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the Modernization of Ukraine

作为独联体中极具影响力的乌克兰，在其国家现代化和欧盟教育一体化的进程中，对教师继续教育的重视程度日益增强，在教师继续教育政策与体制等方面既秉承了前苏联的传统，又深受欧洲文化的影响。其教师继续教育的国家战略地位的确立、教师继续教育与准入制度的挂钩、教师教育一体化、教师教育体制的多元形态等都具有发展中国家的特色，在某些方面与我国教师教育具有同构性，也有互补性。

As an influential country in CIS, Ukraine has paid more and more attention to the continuing education for teachers in the process of modernization and European-education integration. Influenced by the former Soviet Union, Ukraine has a lot in common with it in the policy and system of continuing education for teachers. Besides, some traces of European culture can also be found. There are many characteristics of developing countries in the education of Ukraine, including the establishment of the Strategic Status, the connection between continuing education for teachers and the system of teacher admittance, the integration of teacher education and the pluralism system for teacher education. In some aspects, the teacher education in Ukraine and China are homo-organic and complementary.
