英文摘要 | The debate between ‘professionalism’ and ‘deregulation’ is one of the key issues arisen in the reform of America teacher education. As one of the most important representatives of ‘deregulation’ route, Teach for America made great achievement, which attracted lots of talented people to teach and eased the lack of teachers in poor districts to some extent. It received canonizations from various aspects. However, for the problems existed in teacher quality, teacher retention, ethic and culture, its achievement cannot say that it is a successful way of teacher preparation and it should not be perceived as the successful mode of ‘deregulation’route in teacher education. |
