A Case Study of Teachers' Work in Japan Junior High School
This study was aimed to explore Japan junior high school teacher's work and classroom teacher system by classroom observation and documents analysis. Firstly, it was found that Japan junior high school teacher's work included class management, administration affairs, teaching and directing students' clubs. Secondly, sub-class teacher system in Japan junior high school was a stabled human resource organization, and it was different from Taiwan junior high school substitute classroom teacher. Finally, suggestions of this study were provided to relevant administrations.
