英文摘要 | It is determined by the character of the pedagogical tact that the pedagogical tact cannot be researched and obtained only through the tactic of manifest. Based on Albert Bandura's observational learning, theory and Max van Manen's thought about the pedagogical tact, this work analyses the necessity and the possibility to gain pedagogical tact with observational learning, and try to clarify the principles researching and obtaining pedagogical tact with observational learning. |
