排灣族Piuma部落dralaqus品格教育內涵與方法之探討

本文聚焦於探討Piuma 部落dralaqus 品格教育的內涵與方法為目的，也希望透過研究成果的完成，讓平地社會了解排灣族dralaqus的品格教育是嚴謹與完整的，並因此真正認清dralaqus的崇高地位與排灣族部分的文化，以消除對原住民的刻板印象。本研究選擇排灣族Piuma 部落最重要貴族家族mavaliv為研究對象，採採取半結構式的訪談技術進行研究資料之收集。經由資料之分析，發現dralaqus 品格教育的內涵，幾乎多是與其對部落應負的責任有關係，例如，愛護百姓、尊敬人民、分享、防人之心不可無、愛好和平；少部份則是個人修養、風範與形象的要求，例如，謙卑不驕傲、道歉、嚴守男女之私。這種種內涵是著眼於一國之君的養成。本研究所得到的幾項內涵，乍看之下確實與一般社會的品格教育無明顯之差異。但這些內容若置於過去一般社會對排灣族的刻板印象之脈絡中，則極富意義。例如，從dralaqus 品格教育的內涵中，發現排灣族的dralaqus 是那麼地愛護自己的部落、那麼地愛護自己的人民，尤其是對孤兒、無依老人更是善盡照顧關懷之責任，他們對百姓之照顧與對人民之尊重，較之現代國家政府並不遜色。又例如，嚴男女之私、與愛好和平、分享、謙卑不驕傲、道歉等美德，豈不正是當今人類所追求的品格教育之內容。Piuma 部落在培養dralaqus的品格時，亦採取了多種方法，這些方法與中國社會的的教育方法亦有雷同之處，有些甚至與當代心理學理論相符。見微知著，可見排灣族是一個擁有著媲美現代社會的精神層次文化的民族，值得學習與尊重。

The Purpose of this study intended to clarify the content and instruction in moral education of tribe Dralaqus, Piuma. The research data was collected by semi-structured interviews with the highest hierarchy aristocratic families, Mavaliv as the research subject.Findings are three as follows,1. The content of the moral education is based on the responsibilities of the whole tribe mostly.2. The counter content of moral education is based on the personal cultivation, style and image. All of these connotations are motivated by a desire to cultivate a monarch.3. Piuma tribes in the training Dralaqus character, has also adopted a variety of teaching methods. These educational methods are mostly similar to the way of Chinese society and also are cited by psychological theory.Such rigor moral education with spirituality of Piuma tribe is compatible to the nations and worth to earn the respect from the modern society.
