幼稚園實施原住民教育初探：以台北縣與花蓮縣幼稚園實施原住民教育現況為例

本研究的目的在於探究花蓮縣與台北縣實施幼稚園原住民教學之現況，並藉由相關文獻之探討提出未來幼稚園實施原住民教育的發展方向。研究問題包括：（一）台北縣「原住民學前實驗班」實施原住民教育的現況。（二）花蓮縣幼稚園實施原住教育的現況。（三）從幼稚園實施原住民教育現況分析，歸納未來幼稚園實施原住民教育的發展方向。研究方法包括對幼教師的深度晤談與文獻分析法為主。實施過程為由政府補助實施的原住民學前實驗班與由自然環境形成的原住民幼稚園來進行現況的分析。研究結果除了針對台北縣與花蓮縣幼稚園實施原住民教育分別就學校方面、家庭方面、教學方面、與師資方面等四方面加以分析說明與討論外，並提出四點未來幼稚園實施原住民教育的發展方向。最後根據本研究分析討論結果針對本研究之幼稚園實施原住民教育情形提出三方面之建議。

The purpose of this study intended to explore how kindergartens instruct about aboriginal education and compare the difference between the counties of Hualien and Taipei. The research questions were: (1) the implementation of aboriginal education of Kindergartens in Hualien county, (2) the implementation of an “experimental class of aboriginal preschoolers” in Taipei county, (3) exploration of the theory and practice of aboriginal education from the literature, and (4) development of the teaching method regarding aboriginal education in kindergarten. Findings revealed the difficulties of aboriginal education. Some suggestions were also proposed.
